First Omni is a firm believer in organic growth. In the last 24 months First Omni has promoted 14 individuals to management level positions. The number of people hired for these jobs from outside of the organization? Zero. Even the executive management team has worked their way through the ranks to their current level of leadership. It is company policy to promote from within and all promotions are performance based.

All bankers are eligible for a management position after 6 months of production. There are various levels of promotions including Senior Mortgage Banker, Assistant Manager, Production Manager, and General Manager.
